Simon Pitard

Development & Construction

As its founding member, Simon has spearheaded the evolution of Pitard Group and brings a wealth of experience to the business. Over the past 15 years and is considered an expert in site management, design management, documentation and project administration. Simon has worked across some of Melbourne’s most exciting developments. These have crossed the government sector, notable institutions along with commercial, retail and residential projects.

Marianne Pitard

Real Estate

With more than a decade’s know-how in sales and relationship management, Marianne heads up the Real Estate division at Pitard Group. Marianne’s experience is diverse, spanning the finance, super yacht and real estate industries. She is globally minded and creatively driven, breaking the mould of the traditional real estate agent. Marianne is firm, fair and honest; values which have awarded her a loyal and trusting client base. 

Angelo Muraca

CEO

With a resume spanning more than 20 years, Angelo boasts a proven track record within the construction and building industry. Angelo has vast experience mentoring teams and is an innovative leader of change. Angelo holds an MBA and boasts excellent financial and analytical skills honed over years within executive level positions and managing a broad range of financial models. He prides himself on his outcome-driven approach, with a focus on detailed planning, creative marketing and ability to empower people.

Toni Chinnery

CFO

Toni brings extensive experience to her role within Pitard Group. Joining the company in 2018, Toni worked initially in our construction division. Today, her expertise extends across the entire business supporting the finance and treasury operations and reporting. Toni is a registered Chartered Accountant and has held a previous role as a Senior Consultant at PwC, working with privately owned companies within their Assurance team.

Rick Impala

Director Real Estate Finance

In his position at Pitard Group, Rick is responsible for the procurement, origination, structuring and negotiation of debt and equity financing solutions. Over the course of two decades, Rick has held Director level positions at ANZ and Westpac, and senior management positions at Kokoda Property and MaxCap Group, acquiring vast experience in property finance and commercial real estate capital markets across a variety of asset classes. Rick holds a Master of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Economics.

Peter Milonakos

Acquisitions Manager

With a real estate career straddling more than two decades, Peter brings significant expertise to his role within Pitard Group. Proficient in all areas of the sales process, Peter possesses well-honed negotiation skills, excellent communication skills and in-depth market knowledge, allowing him to achieve impressive results for all parties involved. Peter has been working with Pitard Group since 2015.

Ryan McMahon

Construction Manager

With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and over 15 years in the commercial construction industry, Ryan has worked on a number of large scale projects in the roles of Site Manager, Project Manager. Ryan believes that success is built around the formation of strong working relationships. As a registered Domestic and Commercial Builder he adopts this attitude with all projects ensuring that each project team works together with a common goal. Ryan is responsible for all operational control across the business.

Andrew Bromley

Development Manager

Andrew’s role within Pitard Group includes due diligence and feasibility analysis, town planning, project management and advocacy. With more than 13 years’ experience in development and town planning, Andrew has previously worked in Local Government, including two years as a VCAT advocate, where he represented Council in VCAT hearings and meditations. Andrew has worked with Pitard Group since 2015. 

Jessi Cannon

Project Manager

Jessi brings more than 14 years’ experience to her role within Pitard Group. With a strong background in building and a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, Jessi is responsible for design, sourcing and overseeing the manufacturing process of construction materials. Jessi has a unique ability to harmoniously balance aesthetics with practicality, to deliver luxurious products that appeal to a wide demographic.

Emily Tzamalis

Operations Manager

Emily joined Pitard Group in 2019 as our Operations Manager and works closely with Senior Management across all facets of our business. She brings diverse experience to her role, spanning end-to-end project management, implementing processes and procedure and working with various organisations to develop and streamline programmes. In her position at Pitard Group, Emily’s areas of expertise include reporting, analytics and efficiencies. She has impeccable organisation and design skills, and is adept at improving policies, platforms and business technologies.

Sarah Behan

Real Estate Sales Consultant

A people person at heart, Sarah has a thorough understanding of the importance of superior customer service and developing strong and loyal relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of connecting with both vendors and purchasers and delivers an honest and transparent service. She is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all parties involved. With a background in psychology, Sarah brings diverse experience to her position at Pitard Group and has previously owned and operated her own business.
